What this means for you:
- Due to the instability in the AWS infrastructure, some users may find that certain tours are failing to load or are displaying errors.
- This is an intermittent issue tied directly to the health of the external AWS service, not a bug in our platform code.
- We can confirm that your data is secure, but accessibility is affected.
Our team is actively monitoring the AWS status and is prepared to fully restore service immediately once AWS resolves the situation.

Due to some errors on our systems this afternoon, we are required to perform an urgent maintenance to our infrastructure to prevent any downtime in the future.
